Quality Assurance

ARG are a quality assured company.  

We have always striven to provide a high quality of service and products to our clients. All levels of staff at ARG are keenly aware of the necessity to provide a quality assured system of working, which meets its clients expectations and in recognition of this standard we have achieved the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. 

ARG has a quality assurance auditor, employed to inspect all aspects of our systems from conception of a contract to completion, together with two full audits a year by our certification body ARCA.  This ensures that our systems meet our client's requirements and standards.  

ARG have a client relation manager whose remit is to contact clients randomly on a regular basis and, with their agreement, conduct a short survey on client satisfaction, the client's opinion on how they view our service on recently completed contracts, and if they have any comments on any improvements they feel could be made to our service.  

The management and site personnel regularly meet to discuss quality assurance and this enables us to monitor any problems that may occur and make any changes that need to be made.  

ARG europe also achieved a "quality mark" (accreditation) from our trade association Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA).  

As part of this ongoing accreditation we periodically produce a list of working sites for inspection and these are notified to independent auditors employed by ARCA. Three of our sites are visited and audited at random to ensure the maintenance of our standards.
